Pobpa X-one is an Agentic ERP that isn't tied to one AI provider. It works with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models from Hugging Face, and local models running on the customer's own servers. You can choose a model per task and switch providers later without changing the system.

X-one Billing is the billing module of the Pobpa X-one platform for businesses that collect payments in instalments, such as rental and hire purchase. A mobile customer portal lets customers view contracts and balances and pay on their own. The system reconciles payments, calculates late fees and issues receipts automatically.

X-one Billing connects to any payment gateway, so customers can pay in many ways, such as PromptPay QR, credit or debit card, bank transfer or e-wallet, depending on what the business enables. They can also upload a payment slip for staff to check in one click, or pay several instalments in advance.

Yes. It calculates late fees from the rules you set, per customer or per contract, and customers see the estimated fee in the portal right away.
